SCOPE OF WORKS:
Full internal and selected external demolition and site clearance.
Formation of 80 new footing locations with hold-down bolts.
Foundation works completed in three stages – cut-out & site concrete, reinforcing steel placement, and final slab pour.
Supply & installation of 45 tonnes of structural steel (portal frames, beams and columns).
Complete re-pitching of roof structure and installation of new rafters and purlins.
Exterior frame close-in with integrated cavity system and mixed cladding (Weatherboard, Hardies Soffits, Willow Oak Soffits).
Full internal fit-out including framing, fire cells, fire-rated doors and midfloor integration.
Implementation of disability access requirements (doorways, ramps, bathrooms, signage, and fittings to NZS 4121 standards).
