This Whangamata residential build showcases Bailey Construction’s full-service delivery from earthworks to completion. The 131 m² home meets Lifemark Accessibility Standards and includes four bedrooms, level entry access, an accessible bathroom, and a dedicated accessible carpark. This 600 m² Frankton project transformed an older building into Bailey Construction’s modern headquarters. The team completed a full renovation with seismic upgrades, accessibility improvements, and interior reconfiguration to meet current standards. This major commercial redevelopment in Pukekohe transformed an existing building through extensive demolition, new foundations, and 45 tonnes of structural steel. The project included a full roof restructure, new exterior cladding, and a complete internal rebuild to meet modern performance and accessibility standards. Delivered with careful coordination, the result is a high-spec health facility designed for long-term functionality, safety, and compliance.
This Pakuranga project involved the full design and construction of a 1,400 m² structural steel facility. Bailey Construction managed everything in-house—from earthworks and foundations to fabricating and installing 29 tonnes of steel. The build also included specialised golf ball catching systems. With seamless coordination across all stages, the team delivered a fully engineered structure tailored to the client’s needs.

This 350 m² Te Rapa project was delivered as a full turnkey package, with all design and construction completed in-house. The build included earthworks, foundations, tilt panels, structural steel, roofing, cladding, and a small office fit-out. Finished with driveways, retaining walls, and landscaping, the result is a high-quality industrial warehouse handed over with efficient end-to-end delivery.
This 3,050 m² Cambridge development spans two buildings delivered for ZB Homes. Works included foundations, framing, cladding, joinery, and full interior fit-outs for retail, fitness, hospitality, and medical tenants.
